Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt in the package.
  4. Ship your return to the address provided in your return authorization email.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or a shipping error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Final Sale Items: Please note that items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
